At Dedyesso, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Every item is carefully selected and inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards. Because of this, we have a strict return policy as outlined below.

1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (such as downloadable PDF files) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Size & Fit Responsibility

We provide a detailed Size Chart with every product to help you choose the correct size.

  • Customers are fully responsible for selecting the right size based on the size guide provided.

  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted for issues related to incorrect size selection.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or significantly different from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dedyesso@gmail.com.

  • We may require photos of the item and packaging for verification.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Return Costs

  • In cases where a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are only issued after we have received and inspected the returned product.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return & Refund Options

If your item qualifies for a return under our policy, you will be entitled to choose one of the following options:

  1. Store Credit Coupon: Receive a coupon equal to the amount of your order, which you can use for a future purchase.

  2. Exchange for Another Product: You can request another item of equal value, or pay the price difference if the new item is higher in value. Any shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  3. Full Refund: You may request a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.

  • Digital Products (PDFs): Due to their nature, digital items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
