Return & Refund Policy
At Dedyesso, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Due to the strength of our internal system and our full confidence in the quality of our products, every item shipped from our warehouse goes through three stages of inspection, review, and quality control before dispatch. This process ensures that each order meets our standards before delivery. As a result, we operate under a clear and structured return and store credit policy outlined below.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that we operate under a Store Credit only policy. We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment under any circumstances. Store Credit is issued only after the returned item has been received and fully inspected at our warehouse. The final Store Credit amount is determined based on the condition of the item and whether it is deemed resellable or usable. In certain cases, and solely at our discretion, we may allow the customer to keep the item as a courtesy while still issuing Store Credit. Store Credit is delivered via email.
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. Any return request submitted after this period will be automatically rejected and no compensation will be issued. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. A restocking fee applies and will be deducted from the issued Store Credit.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or marked as discounted are not eligible for refunds. Discounted items may only qualify for Store Credit if the item arrives damaged or is completely unwearable. If a discounted item is deemed wearable and functional, no return, Store Credit, or compensation will be provided.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached. Items must be free from any signs of wear, including but not limited to stains, odors, perfume, deodorant, makeup, smoke, or pet hair, and must be in a condition suitable for resale. Items that do not meet these requirements may receive partial Store Credit or be rejected entirely based on inspection results.
Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order. We strongly encourage reviewing the size chart carefully before purchasing. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the slightly larger size. If you are uncertain about sizing, please contact us before placing your order, and our team will be happy to assist. Returns based on incorrect size selection are not considered product defects.
Exchanges are available only for orders shipped within the United States and are subject to product availability. International orders are not eligible for exchanges under any circumstances.
If you receive an item that is damaged or unusable, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items that have been worn or washed do not qualify for damage claims or Store Credit. All damage claims are reviewed individually and subject to approval.
We reserve the right to determine the final Store Credit value based on the condition of the returned item and its resale eligibility. Items deemed unsellable may receive reduced Store Credit or no Store Credit at all. Repeated returns of damaged or unsellable items may result in the revocation of return privileges. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
